Shipping Information
Orders under £15 will cost £3.50 postage within the UK.
Orders under £20 will cost £4.50 postage within the UK.
Orders under £50 will cost £6.50 postage within the UK.
Orders under £75 will cost £8.50 postage within the UK.
Orders under £150 will cost £12.50 postage within the UK.
*FOR OVER £150 PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL GIVE YOU THE PRICE FOR DELIVERY. (If you have paid extra when ordering via our Shopping Cart, we will refund you the difference).
For Orders over £150 within the UK - Delivery should cost between £10 - £20 depending on weight.
For Orders over £150 going Abroad - These parcels will be sent by courier which is worked out by Country & Weight, please contact us for a price.
If your Country is Not Listed:
Then please contact us with full details of the items you would like, and then we can give you the price of the Shipping for that order. In some cases with these countries not listed, we may have to ask for payment in the form of either a Bank Transfer or Bank Draft, if you are a new customer to us.
Items Sent by Courier:
Depending on the Items Required and the Shipping Destination – we may have to send the parcel by Courier. In these instances we may have to charge more for Shipping than the price quoted by the Shopping Cart. When this happens we will ALWAYS contact you, quoting you a new shipping price.
Order Delivery Times:
All our orders are processed on the same day, (within working hours). We aim to get our orders to customers as quickly as possible, offering you a very swift service. We do have a lot of items in stock, or can get them in within a few days, unless stated on the website. And customers generally receive their orders within a week, (for UK orders), if not much sooner. However please allow approximately 10 working days for delivery. If there is going to be an unforseen delay with an order we do our utmost to notify you of any delays. At present we use the Post Office and Royal Mail to deliver our parcels, so we obviously cannot accept responsibility for any of their delays. We send all our parcels by a recorded delivery.
Orders Sent Worldwide:
We send our products Worldwide. All orders are charged in British Pounds
