LABELS MIGHT BE CUT OUT - Some of our garments were made for the Designer Stores. These garments would have been sold at a much higher price but for us to bring you these great quality clothes at extremely reasonable prices the designer commands that the labels are cut out before we sell them.

RETURNS POLICY
Most of our items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. However for hygene reasons there are some exceptions, see below for exceptions.

Non-returnable goods for hygene reasons are: Breastforms, Lingerie, Wigs, Goods of an Intimate nature, Magazines, Videos & DVDs - please call us if you have problems with any of these items.

It is essential that you inform us of the reason that you are returning the goods ie faulty, wrong size, etc. All goods must be returned to us in a New / Unused condition, in its original packaging, complete with any instructions and accessories. If these conditions are not met then we will use our discretion whether the goods should be returned to you at your own expense.

The refund will be for the value of the item only, not including post/packing fees unless the items are faulty. We also charge an extra £5 administration fee, unless the goods are faulty. On some non-standard goods or goods with the retail value of over £50 they may incur an administration fee of £25 - (please ask us if you are unsure if your goods come under this category). If we are exchanging the goods, you will also need to pay for your return postage, unless the item is damaged. For parcels with postage that is more than £10.00 or being posted from abroad, we must be contacted first before posting. Goods being returned from abroad may be subject to additional administration fees, please contact us for further details.

Please Record Delivery when posting items back to us, as we do not take responsibility for any returned items that get lost in the post.

CLOTHING SIZES - please note each manufacturer varies on their sizes so this is to be taken as just a rough guide, if unsure which size to order please do not hesitate to contact us.

SHOE SIZES - please note each manufacturer varies on their sizes so this Size Chart is to be taken as just a rough guide. Our shoe sizes are in Mens sizes (which is half a size bigger than womens sizes). If unsure which size to order please do not hesitate to contact us. If ordering very high heeled shoes you should order a size bigger than normal. As a lot of our shoes and boots are made to order it sometimes can take up to 28 days for delivery.

CORSET ADVICE
Corsets are the best way to transform a mans body into a beautifully curvy womans body. A corset tends to take off between 2 to 6 inches from your waistline depending on the corset. So when you choose your corset you should order a size 2 to 6 inches smaller than your actual waist size. Please check on each individual Corset for size details.

Corset Type 1) These corsets are Steel Boned corsets and are perfect for either light figure shaping or seriously tight lacing and these corsets will reduce your waist by 3 to 5 inches depending on which size you choose. For example - With these it is probably best to choose a size approximately 4 inches smaller than your natural waist size. But if you want want tight lacing then choose one that is 5 inches smaller than your waist, and for just a light reduction choose one that is 3 inches smaller than your waistline.

Corset Type 2) These are more decorative type corsets and depending on the individual corset they can take off a few inches from your waistline.

Corset Type 3) For this range these corsets are all heavily boned and lined and can take off upto 6 inches off your waist line. Therefore if your waist is size 30" / the Corset we will send you is a size 24" corset.

For a first-time wearer we recommend using an 'Underbust Corset' as it is probably the most comfortable and is quite undetectable under clothes, (although they do look great over the top of clothes as a fashion item aswell). Like most things, corsets need to be broken in slowly.

Over Bust Corsets - can either be worn on your natural body to push-up your chest and slim down your waistline. Or they can be worn with Breastforms or Enhancers.

When Measuring for a Corset:
When measuring for a corset you must measure with your Breastform or Enhancers on as they must be included in the measurement

1) You must measure around your back and going over the largest part of the breastform / enhancer
2) You must measure the Under bust measurement
3) You must measure your waist, this measurement must be taken 1 inch above your belly-button to creative a feminine waistline
4) You must measure around your Hips
5) We also need to know your Height
6) We also need to know your Bra size
